Hey if anyone knows about setting up a RSS feed please help me out!

I need to set upi a RSS feed for a site i am working on. This is my 1st time setting up RSS Feed!

This is the best resource http://www.mnot.net/rss/tutorial/ for RSS.

What do you need to feed? If its articles then try Wordpress it has rss and atom pre-installed.

i am trying to add a RSS feed to one of my company Sites!

been in iraq for 2 years, so i am really trying to catch up on what i missed out on. The yrl to my site is: http://www.dermatechrx.com/collembola/

i am trying to put the rss feed on there right under the video... i have feed for all and this surf pack software.
