POP3 Server Timezone

I am based in Aus and use a Resellers Acc on a host based in the US.
Is there a way of configuring the CPanel to refelect my local timezone ?
This is particularily annoying when receiving POP3 email !!!

There has to be a way around this, what other options are there ?
