phpMyAdmin-2.5.5 - problem

hey guys i have the country flags mod problem (http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=133857&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0)

.... i have to run this flag.sql file in phpMyAdmin..

i have my forums database user/pass/name and i set the auth. to "config"

but i still cant get access

uum wat am i doing wrong..?

i have tried the auth setting "http"..

no luck
