Online sales tools / transaction host ?

I know there are a bunch of e-store/ecommerce packages available, but think they offer more than what I need. I don't need to set up a full online catalog because as of now there is only one product available.

A music group I designed a site for wants to make their cd available via their website. They aren't selling any other merchandise and don't plan to for quite a while. What would be the best way to create a secure tranaction for the CD sale on the website? Can I use Paypal or something like it? Is there another site that handles esales transactions where I can just create a product listing with the esales site and add a hyperlink to it on the band's web page?

Any suggestions or help is MUCH appreciated.
