Although not a web site design question I don't know where else to ask, and I'm sure the requisite expertise is available here.
I have an audio file which I want to loop so that it can play continuously on a PC without using a browser. I guess it would need an exe file? - about which I know nothing.
Can someone help please? or suggest a more appropriate site where this should be asked.

Umm, why don't you just fire up Windows Media Player and use that to play it? It has a repeat (looping) option.
