Hi, i'm a new webdesigner, in fact I don't even consider myself a webdesigner yet but I have a small personal website to make for my friend i dont know where to start I can't design well yet, I have seen templates and i saw this site webmastertoolbox.biz do you think these tools are safe to use? its going to be an html website with about 5-7 pages.

check out freelayouts.com, they have a good selection of flash and html templates

The site you have the link to is not trust worthy at all. Their web site looks very poorly done. I lost intrest after like......2 secnds. Suguest you pay someone or learn to write html your self.

On the second page, the first load of templates all look like templates from templatemonster.com
I say leave them alone. Why buy a template from someone that can't even make their OWN site look good?
