I am looking for a mail list program, MySQL. PHP
1. I collect email, in subscription of the newsletter, from the front of my site. So, there has to be an ability to use my text box because the page is already designed. Then the email is fed to a MySQL Table.
2. Upon recieving the email, two spam emails are sent to the subscriber. Upon clicking the anti spam link, he is put on the MySQL news letter list.
(I believe this is commonly called a 2 Op newsletter.
3. The email delivered will be an HTML email of my Home Page. This is probably an iFRAME or an RSS
4. I will manually send the email to the subscribers in the MySQL

Why would you send to spam emails to someone you wanted to deal with? If someone did that to me I'd forward it straight to spamcop and hope they got blacklisted.
There is enough spam around already without creating anymore

I don't want to send Spam. The people sign up on my website to get a newsletter. These days, even though they ask for a Newsletter, you still have to send anti-spam links. What I believe I need, is a Double Opt Newsletter.
