Guys, I need a real good chat room with PV capability, possibly smilies, fast with zero or little downtime. I want to install the chat room on my site. The one I have now is OK, but I need something better and I want to keep the cost reasonable. What would you recommand me for a community web site?

I use QuickChat.org, but that isn't going to satisfy your needs - your best bet unless someone has personal experience here would be to browse a site like this: http://www.hotscripts.com/search/?query=chat&category=all
