I guess this would be a "site tool" - feel free to move the thread if not.

I'm looking for feedback on this Live Chat concept for a web design/development site. On one hand, I am online for most of the day so it does make sense to give potential clients another point of contact. On the other hand, do I want to be THAT available? Smiling

The most common version of this that I've seen is Bravenet (bravenet.com). However, the fact that they tried to install Gator on my system when I tried the product tour really turns me off!

Anyone have personal experience with Bravenet or other alternatives?

Another is HumanClick.com - which I have used, but before they made it pay. Both LiveHelper and HumanClick offer trial versions, if I'm not mistaken, but you'll have to cough up cash eventually.
