Has any one got any suggestions on the best way to keep track of domain names and when hosting is due for renewal.
I register names with a third party for clients and host the domains my self via a reseller account but it is all getting a bit much to keep track of now.
I am also a little fearful that I may miss a date and they will lose their name.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

www.cheap-domainregistration.com I use and they send email notifications 60-30-15-1 day left etc. works pretty well for forgetful folks, they also have auto renew feature if you want.

Create a Database, and store them all there.
Make sure they are encrypted and secured and enjoy...

Thanks again for going to the trouble of the database.
I am not sure if it just not compatible with open office or more likely it is me being thick but I cant make it work.
Thanks anyway.

The companies i have used so far just send you regular reminder emails until you renew i usually renew quickly just to stop the emails.
