Hi
Has anyone got experience of using jlhost company recently? I have been having terible problems in getting any support from them for my resellers package wghich recently got hacked. They say they cant take any emails, their ticket system is not working properly and they have no contact telephone number! Does anyone else use them and know if they are still going?Its very annoying as I cant even access my control panel, ftp or even their support site now as my passwords no longer work. I am at a loss at how to contact them!

I can confirm jlhost are still going strong. Spent 2 hours on IM sorting out my problems. I would like to thank them for their time and the problems seem to finally be resolved.
