Opera I've been using it for about 8 years now (7 1/2 maybe?). I like all the built-in convenience features and not having to download and update extensions.
I do usually have Firefox open while I'm working, for Firebug and because it handles last.fm better. Haven't gotten around to trying out Opera's developer tools yet...

#3 - Firefox
#4 - Chrome
#5 - Internet Explorer
Opera has always been able to edit the code directly in the "view source" and see the results instantly. Opera's developer tools once were bleeding edge, but upstaged by Safari's built in tools and Firefox's add-ons now, in my estimation.
The downside of using Opera is that it implements more CSS properties, and does so more accurately than any other browser. So I can get a false sense of security that my design works. Hence the use of the others.
Being on a Mac, I have to fire up a virtual machine to use IE. So I use it last. Having said that, IE 8 developer tools are streets ahead of earlier versions. Moreover you can emulate IE 7 and IE 5.5 in that browser.

IE was always my favorite, but seems to be crashing more often and seems to be a slower load than others. However, I know a lot of people still use this browser, so it is the one that I seem to design for. I like Firefox first, IE second and Opera third.
Too funny...I wrote my post in IE, but it stalled and my browser crashed. I must be corrupt.
So I am submitting this in Firefox...we'll see it it works.

Its a sad thing that I have never known what or how to use Opera. I have always been an Internet Explorer or a Firefox user. Three years ago, I have been using Internet Explorer as my web browser but then I discovered that Firefox is way better so since that I am more of a Firefox user.
I'll go for FF, ever since i've been using this browser.
One feature i like is the bookmark management window it makes easy all type of selection of multiple bookmarks at once which is going to organize or delete.
Firefox for me, I would be lost without all the great seo tools available for it, seobook toolbar, seomoz toolbar etc. Also I love the general customisable features, themes etc. and the fact that any security issues are dealt with very quickly.
I have used Firefox for about 7 years now, and in my eyes it is the holy mecca of browsers. Because of the vast multitude of avaliable addons which allow FF to be customised for any needs, nothing else is even in the same league.
Another really really big plus, is the fact that there is a program called mozbackup. Mozbackup can be used to create saves of FF profile settings and also to restore all browser settings, plugins, themes, saved passwords, bookmarks etc from a previous save. It has saved me alot of hastle a few times after reinstalling o/s and it works with thunderbird too (mozillas mail client also very good).
I just cant understand why anyone would want to use anything else, ( unless ofcourse they wished to redeem their sins and were using IE6 as a form of self Flagellation )
Ive recently switched from FF to Opera. Ive been using Opera for about 1 or 1.5 years or so. I have to say Opera may not have that many skins or a very good widget system, but I have to say that when it comes to speed its on the top of my list, considering all the amazing features it offers.

Currently am loyal to FF for the past two years. Before that it was IE but i'm looking for future prospects, probably Chrome after it gets a bit more secure.
6 years ago, I'm fund of using IE but right after I've been introduced to Firefox and due to the nature of my work, I'm getting more inclined to use Firefox, seeing it's features and I've read one time that spyware won't easily get in, on this search engine. Spyware might not seem like a big deal but over time your machine will collect it like wax collects in your ears. It will slow your PC down and problems will begin from that point.
Im using firefox for me it is the browser at the moment. it is the safest and the fastest browser available today. after i tried using firefox i never used IE again...
I have started using Chrome, which has become my main browser.
I still occassionally use Firefox.
And Opera. Mind you, the thing I hate about Opera (it's such a minor thing but I find it irritating) is that I need to press <shift><cntrl> to open a link in a background tab. (Almost an embarrassing typo there when I inadvertently left out the f in 'shift').
Chrome does have one irritating feature for me, though. My laptop is a bit lacking in RAM and I usually have far too much open and when it slows down it tends to register the mouse up event after the mouse has been moved, which makes the tab detach.
I'm not recommending my hosts anymore until they sort out my hacked sites
Firefox is great. I have been using Firefox for the last 2 years and it’s been a great and wonderful experience. It is fast, reliable, crashes very rarely and has a nice interface.

For me, FireFox has consistently destroyed IE ever since it came out. I love the add-ons, tabs are sweet (especially back when MS hadn't figured out how to do it yet), the "Find" feature was actually useful (MS finally implemented a "Find" that doesn't such in IE8 by copying FF).
