Hello all,

I just made a website, and would like to offer a .pdf document for downloading. I have the document loaded on my hosting, but when I point a link to it to test to see if the file will download, nothing will happen.

I'm sure there are settings that need to be set to give persmissions for that file to be downloaded..... i just don't have a clue what they are. Can you please help me.

If any of that was confusing - my question is "How do I set up my file to be downloaded?"

Thanks,

Josh

Hey,

Let us know the URL of the problem page and one of us will be able to identify the problem in a snap...

That would be the easiest answer ... a little more info may help too ... such as:

what browser are you using?
what server is it running on (Linux, windows, etc)?

are you using any html editor like dreamweaver to edit the site??
you really need to view the source file, and check the path.
