For adsense? I run a site for a friend, and he filled out the form a month or two ago and still hasnt gotten a reply. Should he fill it out again or does it normally take so long?

Two months is a very long time, I'd tell your friend to fill out the form again as I suspect that it has gone lost or something, it never takes that long as far as I know. Most people get an answer within a few days, sometimes even the same day.
