Hi,
I am new here so i am not sure where to post this. I just started my own forum http://www.teen-driving-forums.com/ and i am having trouble getting new traffic to my site, it shows up in Yahoo Search but only when you put in the URL in the search box, not "teen driving forums" I also show up is some other less known search engines such as ExactSeek.com and what not. So i am looking for some tips on how to get my site out there!

HAHA,

Well, try putting more keywords directed toward your site in the meta tags, rather than 'PHP, open, source' and all that. These are the search terms that your site will be a result of. Wink

Hey thats a nice forum you got there. All you need to do is create a meta tag and add about 20 words thats describe your site. Also a good description.

Forget meta tags. You can add a million words/phrases in there and never rank for any of them.

I agree with chrishirst, forget the meta tags.
