For me, it's awesome. I run a real estate site where people inquire about estate in Honduras and I make commission off the conversions when they buy. I pay .05 a click and spend a few bucks a day. I get about 100 inquiries a month. Not bad. But it really depends on the market you're in.

It mostly depends on keywords you choose, for competitive keywords it might be costly. you must choose keywords wisely such a way that you can get more visitor in less cost.
