My question is how do I insert a form or search form into a website that I designed using Adobe Photoshop.

Thank you

So you made an image and sliced it up in Photoshop and that's it? That's not really a great way to create a website. You will need a proper HTML editor of some sort to insert plain text. The code that PHotoshop outputs is not very good and it won't be search engine friendly. If all the text is in the photoshop graphics the search engine won't be able to find it anyway.

So what you'll need to do is find a script that will do the search. There will probably be instructions with it or some code to plug into the site. You'll need to open your HTML page in a text editor (notepad will do), find the right place in the code and insert the script code.
