To Hide Your IP Address
I have heard of softwares that can conceal our IP address. Is it true. What is the benefit of doing this?
Which softwares are available for this? Are there any free softwares?
I also wish to know whether it is complicated to use, and whether all websites can be accessed using this tool.

Torpark. It's a web browser based on Firefox. http://www.torrify.com Also google "tor" if you need to hide your IP address for other internet applications like P2P.
Torpark is free.
Torpark is really easy to use. You start up this program just like any other program.

Tor is one way. I tried it out 5 years ago and it was very slow.
With wireless being quite common these days, there are many services around that provide VPNs to protect your communications over public wifi networks. One I used while on vacation was $6 per month. The VPN provider IP addresses would be used whenever you have that application running. Not really intended to keep you anonymous, but it can also do so to some extent.
