White text on the light blue background is a bad idea. that intro animation is awesome, but the text color needs to change and you need a bypass for people who get bored with the flash animation and the people with flash disabled.

That flash intro is pretty cool, nice colours & very smooth but it doesnt match the rest of your site at all. Becuase of this lack of continuity it puts users off! ( well certianley me anyhow)
