hey guys if you look at this page: http://www.everydaysolutionsrx.com/eguideselection.htm the action i am after here is to have the end user select the guid that they want imput there name and e-mail then when they hit submit it should go to the perspective URL that they pick from the drop down menu...
any ideas!
