Hello,
In the past few months, my guestbook has been spammed with 6-10 entries a day. Mainly from france, promoting various drug and porn sites. I have a url blocker on my Purple Yin guestbook, but they just hit me with a different url after I delete. Is there anything I can do?

This is a big problem with blogging as well. They have bots that go through automatically. Check with the maker of your guestbook software - they might have some code you can insert to prevent the bots from accessing your guest book. If not, look for another script that will have more support for blocking the bots.
