My client have taken webhosting from fortune'city (fortunecity.com)
when i try to access my website via FTP explorer ,the browser give me this error..
ISA Server: extended error message :
200 Type set to I
200 PORT command successful
550 /: No such file or directory
what should i do

First try setting the FTP client to use passive mode. Second look through their support documentation. Third try a different FTP client (FireFTP for Firefox is quite good). Lastly get support from the hosts, it's not inconcievable that something is setup incorrectly, and their support section is there to help you.

i got that one-- i was trying to access the site via wrong username and hence getting this error. Thanks for your help and time
