eCRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Managment)

Did any body heard of eCRM. Well we are planning to build an eCRM . eCRM is drives from CRM technique which leveraged call center and direct marketing technology to market mass-produced goods and services to small market sub-segments.eCRM expands on this technology by using next generation segmentaion and analysis technologies,comprehensive customer imtreaction data,multi channel communication and one to one interatction to market customized products and services.
There are basically FIVE engine of eCRM

1. Customer Centric Information Store
2. Analysis amd Segmentation Engine
3. Personalization Engine
4. Broadcast Engine
5. Transaction Engine

we are in and initial phase and trying to work on Ist engine . Can any body help us by helping us in any matter of 1st phase . What language should it use.. what is the fesibility and what time span should be requireed in making the ist engine other techeee stuff.

No, I have never heard of it, though the PR doubletalk makes it sounds like a cross between a customer service center and direct marketing.

Whatever the case, the programming language itself is immaterial -- as long as it interfaces with a DBMS (database management system).

How long implementation would take really depends on how well you can explain the goals to the programmer and how good the programmer is.
