Hi,
I have a few clients who want thier details hidden from a WHOIS lookup, this normally isnt a problem with .com's as I can register them as 'Private' listings however these domains are .com.au and this feature isnt available.
I assume my only alternative is to register the domain name in my company name and draft an agreement with the client stating that we are holding the DN on behalf of ....
Does anyone have a sample of the correct legal wording for such an agreement ?
Thanks,
Phil.

Sorry I don't have one, but if you find/get one be sure it is in Australian lingo, I'm sure you guys have spam laws like us in NZ that other parts of the world don't that you need to cover.
