Document Management System

Hello there! I am hoping that I am posting in the correct place. If Not I am sorry.

I am looking on behalf of my company, for a document managements system. Something that will allow for our policies an procedures to be accessible and editable on line. The whole thing will need to be searchable in all ways.

I was thinking of a Wiki type thing but I don't know of any good open source ones. That and I am not so familiar with them.

Are there any suggestions that any of you may have? Anything will help as I am coming up with squat right now.

My server environment is Windows2000 server running PHP (the latest) and MySQL.
