Im looking for a good program/script that will allow me and my users to submit tutorials to the website.

In other words, I want a smart "knowledge base." That will allow me to add categories, articles..etc, aswell as giving visitors and users to contribute and send in a tutorial or article.

Similaur to flashkit...

Any help?
