Usually, when surfing the web or just online in general, I get quite bored and look for something to do. One of the many things I like to do is read.
I am there left to ask the following question:
What sites out there offer good articles on web design, coding, graphic design, etc?
The only one I know of is Alistapart and I'v read most of the articles they have up. Did a little search on Google and either I'v done it wrong or I don't know how to use it, because I don't get many good sites :S
BTW Moderators: if this is in the wrong forum please move it.

Digital Web Magazine is a good one, if a little long winded. Also, although this one isn't articles, Jeff Zeldman's blog.

In addition to the ones above, I like simon incutio and there are a few good articles at salia. Also evolt has some good articles (site seems to be down at the moment) but I find that many of them have arguments at the end where other people comment and I don't know what to believe. Pilfer through xplane too. It has categories.

Ken, you might want to grammar check that article... Good points, but I wish you'd distinguish between amateur web development and professional web development, as SEO is part of professional web development.

I like internetnews.com and business2.com. About.com has some pretty decent articles as well.
