I have asked some of my friends about a2hosting.com and nobody used it so I have given it a try. Customer support seems fair even if their response time could be better compared to what godaddy or marblehost offered me. I recommend the hosting service from my signature, it was way over a2hosting.com for my personal requirements.

Hi, elena29, do you mean you've signed up for a2hosting.com plan and don't like their response time? Or was it a sales department rep?
