I would be grateful if you guys shared some info about the best places to create website at, and tell me why it is better than others. It should be economical and reliable.
I'm looking to create my own website, so it'll be great help.

To the OP: you may look for freelancers at DigitalPoint or SitePoint.
Or use a hosting plan with web design solution incorporated, ask your host if he offers anything like that.
I've seen gowebsite and serverpoint.com offers before, not expensive, might work well if you could get some help from host's support.

If you want to create your personal website, this may be a very good incentive for learning web design, there are plenty of tutorials around, so you may give it a try.
