I have domanName001. When you type in domainName001's URL, you are taken to their website. This is already configured properly.

I also have domainName002. When you type in domainName001, or domainName002, I'd like to have the same website show up. How do I do this?

Do I have to sign up for "web forwarding" service, to have domainName002 forward to domainName001? Can I just point the name servers of domainName002 to point to the same DNS as domainName001?

I am confused.

This would probably depend on your hosting service.

As an example, I have a limo company's website hostied along with my other sites. Their main domain points to one IP address for the site, and a variation of the domain name is set to be "parked" at the same IP address. THey charge me a one time parking fee, since the domain name is not actually using a unique IP address like the first domain name is.

It depends upon the registar and the host. GoDaddy doesn't charge anything to forward a domain. You can forward domain2 to resolve to domain1. Some hosts charge for parking domains, most probably don't. The only difference really between a parked domain at a host and a forwarded domain at a registar is who is running the nameservers. If you park it at your host, then you would point it to the namservers of the host and they would alias it to your other domain. If you use forwarding from your registar, you use their nameservers and they just point it to follow the other domain name. With the registar you can also forward it to a directory or sub-domain or page on your site.
