i own like 7 .coms that i bought through 1and1.com (friend recommended it). Well, i'm not really happy w/ 1and1 at all. Also, i plan on buying a few more .coms in the next couple days, so ive come across this problem:

i do not want to own domain names registered w/ 2 diff companies, i'd rather deal with only one company. i gave a look at 000domains.com, and they make it easy to transfer domains, at $14 a transfer--thats a lot if u ask me.

so what would you do in my position? would you spend the money, transfer my domians to 000domains.com, and then buy a few more .coms on 000domains.com? or would you save the cash, go through 1and1 to get the new domians and leave my other domains?

Look at GoDaddy. I think that they are only $7.95 a transfer.

Are these domains also hosted at 1and1?

Personally, I would just keep them all on different registrars. Currently I have domains on yahoo, godaddy and mydomains. If you really wanted to keep them i would transfer them to godaddy.com.

i buy all my domains with gem3.com and have my mine hosting space with liquenox.net.

All i do is point the domain to my liquenox nameservers, then email liquenox to tell them that ive done so, and they set it up so the domain goes to a particular folder.

They offer an excellent service, and cheap. $1 a month per domain.

registerfly.com and namecheap.com are the best options IMHO.
