I have been using ms11.net for over a year and am satisfied with their services as their prices are very good. There is a one time $11 activation fee and you can get free hosting if desired. Their other packages are pretty reasonable and I currently pay $19.95 per year. My only complaint is that there is no 24/7 contact and the only way I can contact them is by email. They do respond fairly quickly and are hardly ever down.
