Hi

I am looking for a reliable hosting reseller (preferably in the UK) to move all my sites to. They MUST have a rapid and effective support system by phone or email. Preferably 24 hours. As little downtime as possible and if there is any warning given. Can anyone point me towards a hosting reseller that they currently use and are very happy with?

Cheers

Unitedhosting.co.uk has a tremendous following on WHT. Definitely something to consider if you're looking for UK based.

Not too sure what would be UK based, but Hostgator.com and 1&1.com both have great hosting reseller packages for the US.

We're hosted with names.co.uk not sure what their reseller packages are like, but the dedicated server service is impeccable. We've got good uptimes (was approx 7-8 months until a few days ago).

As far as I know, everything is hosted at either Redbus or Telehouse data centres in London. Smiling

I think that you won't get good answer until you specify your needs.

I thought he did state his needs reasonably well. What other information do you think he should specify?
