For 50 cents a day you can have the same reseller account I have from Surpass Hosting. They're pretty good. I don't have much downtime and the support is good (on rare occasions I need it).

Just remember that you get what you pay for.

I found a cheap reseller host provider, and I bought it as a backup to my other reseller account. Canceling it was harder than canceling an AOL account. Their customer service was terrible, and I was sure I heard a kid screaming in the background when I was on the phone with their "support department".

You may have cheap reseller packages from ahosting.biz. They cost only $8 per month.

I second to recommend ahosting.biz with their reseller account. Stable server and responsive support.

Why do you recommend onthespothosting.com? Do you use their service? If yes, do you like it?

I think webhostingbuzz.com's reseller package plans will be all right for you. They offer their reselling starting from $10 per month. Rather cheap.

Is webhostingbuzz.com UK-based?
And one more, I think it's highly important for the OP to discuss with his potential host the possibility to upgade his reseller account as soon as the number of clients and obviously his needs grow in a seamless way...
