ms2134: I don't see a Dedicated IP address offered in any of those sites you posted.

What exactly are you needing the IP address for? If it is for your own home/office connection, check with your ISP. Most offer a dedicated IP or banks of them (of course, usually not for free).

If you are wanting a dedicated IP address for your site hosted somewhere, Pair Networks (www.pair.com) for the majority of their accounts gives you a dedicated IP address with each domain name.

Dedicated IP addresses are desired for hosting packages if you don't want your website to be associated with hundreds of other websites when doing a reverse IP lookup. It's also needed for SSL certs.

Anyways, We do offer it as a Private DNS package in which you can get up to 2 private dedicated Ip addresses per package.

I have seen SimpleHelix.com offers their dedicated IP address in their shared web hosting plan for commercial web sites. This feature is optional as not many web masters need that.

Private IP addresses are very rarely provideв on shared hosting.
SimpleHelix.com offers it not for personal small web sites but only for big ones. But are they necessary for shared hosting?

As I understand private IP addresses option is included in the shared plan of A2hosting.com and you don't need to pay for them extra money. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Usually private IP addresses are not free and the question here is in the sum of money.

I have seen Sharkspace.com provides dedicated IP addresses as well. The price is $2.50 per month per IP address. Not expensive, it's an average price.
