I am considering changing from nomonthlyfees.com to powweb.com but I'm not sure because I don't know if they're any good or not. Their plan is great but I am a bit wary, nomonthlyfees.com's plan was good too but they have since doubled the cost of hosting.
Has anyone or does anyone have their site hosted with powweb.com?

They look all right, I've heard of them, never anything real bad, but nothing particularly good, either. They seem to be pushing the cheapest price possible on you while I prefer a host like VenturesOnline that pushes quality and honesty onto customers.

btw, nmf didn't double the cost of hosting, they offered a new and improved service with twice as much stuff for double the annual administration fee, from $35 annual to $70 annual.

Actually they did double their hosting fees. The only thing that they added is 300 megs, everything else is the same (bandwidth, ftp, POP 3 accounts, etc...). An extra 300 megs is more than I'll ever need so I'm going to leave...On a positive note, their support is excellent! Uptime is good and my site is so-so on speed.
