Hi guys...
Bit of a domain problem. We own a domain that is currently down for reasons unknown. It was registered with pacnames.com
if you run a whois check on it it return the following error:
lookup failed: Could not find an IP address for this domain name.
Now the problem is the name servers are all configured correctly (and working for other sites using the same name servers), and no changes have been made. Is this an issue with the domain name retailer? the only thing I can see in the difference is that the domain with the problem was purchased from a different company?
Any ideas?

You can address your host with dns staff.
Never heard of http://www.pacnames.com/, do they offer dns services?
you can find free dns services in eurodns.com and enom.com domain registration packages.
