Ok.. I've been with my current host, powersurge, for about 3 months now. They have been great, but they are starting not to be very good anymore, because they just raised their prices and added setup fees. So, I am looking for a new host that will take my site (web design/resell hosting) for a reasonable price. I do not believe your host changed your bill while you are already a client! Communitech will soon change their plans but it will not affect currect clients.

Not sure where you're going to find a host with all those features for that price range. You may have to up your price range to $30-$40.
