I am looking for a reliable UK based webhost that supports PHP 5, shared SSL and at least 5GB bandwidth. I've tried eukhost but they failed to deliver so I asked for refund.

I don't think much about cheap hosts, so do not point me to them, please.

I can spend about £100 a year.

eUKhost fans and employees: DON'T BOTHER! My 5 day long experience with you was quite enough.

Try the names.co.uk StarterHost+ from what I can tell it meets all of your requirements and comes in under budget as well.

I've been considering names.co.uk for a while now. I am still looking though because I found some bad reviews regarding their customer support and up-time, but I haven't ruled them out yet. Thank you.

You know... they do a £1 hosting trial. For a quid it can't really hurt to give em a try, then if they suck just cancel the hosting before the month is up and you haven't lost anything. I use them for all my sites and can't really fault the uptime. I've never had to use the support so I can't comment on that side of things.

Why don't you try 1and1? They've got good prices and nice feedbacks.
