I'm looking for a low-cost hosting package that has the following features. Or better.
I can host multiple domains on the one account (2 or more) for no extra charge.
Must have at least 2 mysql databases.
500MB Bandwidth/month
Has stats program (awstats)
Has cpanel.
I can run php scripts.
I'd appreciate it if you'd post any ones you know of.

I have a reseller account with SurpassHosting ($15 pm) and they have all the features you want. I don't have very much downtime (if any). Support is kind of crappy. If you submit a ticket you get some Arab who responds with short simple phrases. It takes about 3 tickets before you get someone who knows anything. There are a ton of hosts that have those same features, dreamhost, hostgator etc.

GoDaddy.com is easily one of the best hosting services to date, cheap, easy and reliable.
i have never had a minute of downtime and the customer support is fantastic. i recently moved my site from windows server to a linux server and it took less than 3 hours. they also helped instruct me on subdomains and php content management.
I give them 10/10! check them out!

My site is hosted there and i have not faced any problem till now.
They provide 25,000 MB bandwidth
Unlimited mysql databases
Has control panal.
I dont know regarding stats.

try out http://www.asmallorange.com - haven't had any problems with them at all... the odd support tickets that i opened were answered to promptly.
pricewise, it's also quite reasonable.

There are so many hosting companys to choose from. A good place to look is in web hosting forums and look in the web hosting offers thread.
