I'm working on my new website and looking for a place to host with.
Here are what I need:
Reliable and fast NT host,(it's better if the server is in Albanza)
ASP and Access database supported,
30 MB disk space or more,
20 to 30 GB of bandwidth usage per month(it's great if I can get more)
Price between US$25 to US$40(I can pay a little more if necessary)
I appreciate if anyone can tell me a good host. Thanks.

I’d highly suggest InnerHost. They are well known throughout the ASP/NT programming world as one of the finest NT hosts available. www.innerhost.com
I’ve also heard good things about Host Depot: www.hostdepot.com and CommuniTech’s new NT web hosting but have no personal experience with either.

Hmm.... $25.00-$40.00/month for 20-30 gigs of bandwidth usage is almost unrealistic. Even if a host charged you what their bandwidth prices were ($2.00 or so per GB), it's still at least $60.00. Therefore, I would suggest you either buy a dedicated server or a shared server. In this case, a shared server seems to be your best bet. Cheers.
