I can say..... ok my host experience is good or bad.... and I should not refer to any company?
I can suggest a good hosting company with good deal and price here in Chiangmai ..... will not be useful to everyone?

That's mostly fine. You can talk about your experiences with companies as long as you're for real and not faking to advertise for the company. We mainly don't want hosting companies trying to adertise in here.
If you wanted to mention a special offer it should go in the Services & Special Offers section but you have to have at least 25 posts to post there.
