After some extensive research of international domain registrars for many European and some Asian countries, I have narrowed my selection to two registrars: 101Domain and Domain Directors.
However, before investing money into these companies, I'm trying to find good sources that either provide peer-reviews, or general feedback of reputable international registrars. A company's testimonial web page only goes so far, and tends to be 100% positive; looking for both sides of the story.
Does anyone have any suggestions of good registrar review sources, and/or have feedback of these two companies, or other reputable international registrars besides GoDaddy (I already have experience with them)?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

I second Namecheap.com. This company is a very reputable one and their prices are not very high.

I have nothing against namecheap.com, but do they support extensions for European and Asian countries?

It is easy to check: http://www.namecheap.com/domain-name-search.asp
Seems the do not offer region domains. But in any case they are really great.

It may be a good idea to find namecheap.com coupons to get some discount.
Not sure they support asian extensions.

Agree, Namecheap.com may be a good option when it comes to registering domains in the most popular extensions, as for the country specigic ones, the search is to be made locally.

I thought NameCheap.com can reg a domain in any extension. But they have only TLD ones and it doesn't include local extensions.
As a domain registrar they are great.

There are other options besides Namecheap.com, these are 1and1.com, enom. com, directi.com, onlinenic.com, lots of them...
What they differ in is the quality of their customer service and control panel interface. Namecheap have one of the best combination of these two.

Surely there are many companies that provide domain registration, like Ahosting.biz, HostGator.com, NameCheap.com, etc.
These companies are all ICANN-accredited and their services are excellent. And their price ranges are quite acceptable.
