Are there any limitations? Or?
I have seen utropicmedia.net reseller packages and they seem to be quite expensive for me. Or maybe that just a sign of quality web hosting?

I agree it's like between Scylla and Charybdis, I mean overselling and underselling.Check the features of their plans, look thru the reviews.
What's your budget?
I prefer to use the time-proven providers, even if they are not the cheapest. Mediatemple.com, Serverpoint.com, Axishost.com.

I don't think that any limits can be.

Reseller services from UtropicMedia.net are good for web desiners. Their multi-featured plans will be good for them. Dedicated IP and Live Chat Software are also included into their plans.

Sometimes overselling might bу a feature of a reselling plan, liker in their reselling plan Webhostingbuzz.com say "Overselling allowed", what's meant by this?

I signed up for a reseller account with streamline.net it cost £100 ($200) for a year with upto 10 domains, 1st domain was free. I thought it was a good deal but would definately look into it more in the future.

@Ruth: I think overselling allows to sell clients more resources than you actually have hoping that all of the resources won't be consumed, but since this is quite a rare feature of a webhosting plan, I think you may address webhostingbuzz.com with this isssue asking them what they actually mean by overselling allowed on the plans.
