Outsourcing for what exactly? I do some subcontract web design if that's what you mean: the quality of my work is reasonable and have never had any complaints, as far as I know the customer is totally unaware that I even exist.
Or do you mean outsourcing support? It can be annoying when support (particularly phone support) is outsourced to a company whose employees English is difficult to understand. Business is difficult enough without having a language barrier to deal with too!
I think he meant outsourcing for etechsupport, I don't see what's bad about that, I know a lot of India-based companies specialized in support who speak good English and are relatively cheap. Then, outsourcing is a good thing in case of reseller plans, by this I mean using your upstream provider's support services.

Hello. Our company always use inhouse support. IMO I can't understand companies with out source support....

Surely I mean a tech support. I think yes, it's cheap but if it's reliable. I doubt.

I think outsourcing con't be very reliable. Yes, cheap for sure but as for me I always prefer an in-house support.
