HostV.com provides double RAM on their VPS and dedicated servers deals.
Do you know how they do it? Any new technologies are applied?

They just sell the double amount of RAM for the same money, I don't think they use slots or anything.

HostV.com provide double RAM using additional slots otherwise it's impossible. Does anybody know any others techniques?

I don't think www.HostV.com uses any special technique here, it's about marketing, they just sell double amount of RAM for each plan. They also offer 50% off their vps deals.
