Hey,
I am looking for a company that provides a reseller program. I want this company to provide good commissions to me and good rates to my customers. I also need this host to provide a control panel to keep track of all my clients and what not. I do not want to do the billing myself. I would like the host to do it. I just would like to get a % or something for each person I sign up with him. I do web designing, so usually every site I do, I ended up setting them up with a host. Right now I have my own server, but am curious to see if there are any resellers with some good rates and commissions so I dont have to do as much work.

It sounds like what you are looking for is more along the lines of a referral program than a resellers program, because you don't want to handle the billing/support. I know one host that offers this is virtualis.com - they are one of the better known referral programs. I think most hosts do offer some type of referral program, especially if you are able to refer enough clients. I would probably expect to collect maybe a 25% monthly commission off each client you refer.
