Hello,

I run a server on my own computer in toronto ontario. My friend across the street can access my server and he is not even on the same ISP but when someone in Orlando, FL tries to connect, it fails.

Any help would be appriciated

You should ask your internet provider about their network. It is possible that an IP area or a part of the network to be banned or not to be visible from a particular place like Orlando.
