the server requirements are below:

I've never heard of this being something a host offers: if you read this post, where someone is trying to get FFMPEG installed on a shared host I advised that the persons best bet is to get a dedicated server and a supportive host.
One thing is certain: you won't get FFMPEG support on shared hosting. Well if you do, let me know, I'll be very suprised!

i can off FFmpeg on my server, i prusume you are trying to use the youtube clone as thats what most people are trying to do with FFmpeg
