I heard that they are slashing their prices - whether that means they're doing well, or needing clients, I don't know. But I would recommend looking at sites that monitor server uptimes and see how they rank. Plus, doing some research on their pickup times might be a good idea. I know that they do Live Chat, tickets, and phones.
